Two-step (or two-factor, 2FA) authentication strengthens the protection of your data
When enabled, additional verification is required to log into an account or change sensitive information such as a password.
This uses an authentication app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
In addition to your login and password, you will need to enter a code that will appear in the application. You will not be able to log into your account without access to the application.
You can enable or disable two-factor authentication in your user profile.
If two-factor is not enabled then you do not need to enter anything in the two-factor authentication code field.
